My Journey

For the past decade, I've designed products that help people navigate some of life's most complex decisions, from understanding medication affordability and accessing care to supporting clinicians with AI-powered insights. My experiences have shaped the way I think about design: When the stakes are high, great products don't just simplify interfaces. They create clarity, build trust, and help people move forward with confidence.

Throughout my career, I've been drawn to the ambiguity of early-stage products. I enjoy turning complex systems into experiences that feel intuitive by combining systems thinking, deep user empathy, and close collaboration across product, engineering, data science, and clinical teams. Whether designing for patients, caregivers, or healthcare professionals, my goal is always the same: to help people make better decisions with confidence.

Designing with Purpose

What motivates me most is creating products that make a meaningful difference at scale.

I believe the most rewarding work happens when technology improves millions of lives and advances the common good rather than just business metrics. While commercial success matters, I'm most energized when it aligns with outcomes that genuinely improve people's everyday lives.

I thrive in environments where ambiguity creates opportunities to invent. Whether building something entirely new or reimagining an existing experience, I enjoy bringing clarity to uncertainty and transforming emerging ideas into products people trust.

Designing with AI

Rather than treating AI as a shortcut, I use AI as a thought partner that accelerates exploration while leaving the critical product decisions grounded in user needs and business context.

AI has fundamentally changed how I think, explore, and communicate throughout the design process. I use it as a collaborative thought partner. It helps challenge assumptions, explore a broader range of solutions, prototype concepts more quickly, and communicate ideas across disciplines.

As AI becomes embedded in the products we design, I believe our responsibility as designers becomes even greater. Having designed AI-powered experiences for clinicians, I've seen firsthand that the challenge isn't just making AI more capable. It's making it understandable, trustworthy, and genuinely useful. My goal isn't simply to build AI-powered experiences, but to ensure AI strengthens human judgment and helps people make better decisions.

In my free time, I enjoy making jewelry and gardening. I’m also working on a few personal projects to continue sharpening my illustration skills.
